Return & Replacement Policy
At Aala Girl, we strive to deliver the best quality products to our customers. To ensure a smooth and transparent return or replacement process, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
• An unboxing video is compulsory for any return or replacement request.
• The video must be recorded without any cuts or edits, starting from the moment the package is sealed and clearly showing:
• Outer packaging
• Shipping label
• Product condition
• Issue or damage (if any)
• Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Return / Replacement
Returns or replacements will be considered only if:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact
Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
• Used, opened, or tampered products
• Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer
• Cosmetic products once opened (for hygiene & safety reasons)
• Orders placed during sales, offers, or promotions (unless damaged or incorrect)
Replacement Process
• Once the unboxing video and complaint are verified by our team, a replacement will be initiated (subject to stock availability).
• If the replacement product is unavailable, we may offer:
• A store credit, or
• A refund, at our discretion
Refund Policy
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account after approval
Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• In case of a genuine defect or wrong product, return shipping will be handled by us
Final Decision
• All return and replacement requests are subject to quality check and approval
• Aala Girl reserves the right to accept or reject any request after reviewing the unboxing video and product condition
